Coffeyville Resources in Coffeyville, KS consists of a refinery and a nitrogen/fertilizer business; they co-exist and share common IT department and corporate level functions. As the energy market is tightening, this refinery is meeting those demands by expanding capacity and enhancing existing infrastructure. With the help of MAXIMO software they are standardizing process and procedure across the units.

Phase One: Setup Outage/Shutdown tracking for the Refinery

Phase Three: Project Cost Tracking at Houston, TX Corporate Office
	A.	Designed new set of reports for Project Cost tracking utilizing a cost code hierarchy and ability to forecast ETC
	B.	Allowed for budget transfers within the AFE
Phase Four: Accounting and Back-office Maximo
	A.	Implemented AFE (capital work) tracking on 6X – with new screen designs
	B.	Retrofitted GL account code changes in field format plus new chart of accounts
	C.	Setup summary level AFE reporting and began design of LRP (long range planning)
