Hi John:
.... Jason and I are well on our way working with the new scheduler, it is
going to be an excellent tool for us in planning. It takes us to the next step
in the industry, I know there are many Mines that do not have what we do now.
On a topic unrelated to RLP, I'm writing to express my gratitude to you for
the SQR & Brio knowledge refresh that you've provided. My knowledge & skills
have always been marginal since I've never used it that much, and have been
totally immersed in Crystal Reports for seven years now. I have the training
manual from my SQR Report Writer school that I took in California a few years
ago, and I've referred to it on occasion. However, writing report code like
you've mastered is still way beyond me. I'm also thrilled to learn that both
SQRW and CRW reports can be run simultaneously from Maximo- I was always taught
that this wasn't possible. Thanks to you, I'm not afraid of SQR any more. Regards,
Dennis Patterson, Maximo Administrator

Dear John: ...
I very much enjoyed your article on the “Elusive
Weekly Maintenance Schedule” in the March 2006 Maintenance Technology
magazine. I have read and reread it several times. Your article was right on
the mark in many areas. We even added planners to our organization per your article.
Thanks for a good article. |

“I am happy
to report that Coffeyville Resources is very pleased with
the Maximo system and how it has simplified our record keeping.
Maximo has wonderful capabilities and maintains an auditable
database second to none. We are able to run on demand reports
which satisfy our management and auditors alike. We can’t
wait to get the latest release which will further improve
our ability to tract from the work order all the way through
payments. We are able to process Purchase Orders and Contracts
much faster and with fewer errors than ever before. Thanks
Synterprise for your willing help in making our transition
from manually prepared reports to fully automated reports
a breeze.” |

On behalf of Trinity University, I’d like
to thank you and the Synterprise consultants for their hard
work and perseverance to get the Maximo system working here
at Trinity University. We appreciate the extra effort that
was made throughout the process of completing the scope of
work. This was helpful to Trinity. Fixing the printing bug
that even IBM did not fix is a significant step towards our
ability to move forward with the daily operations. |

internal users to assess their prospective use of either application,
providing oversight, guidance, and suggestions for inclusion
in the cost analysis model, and preparing a comprehensive Maintenance

“Great vision.
Synterprise seems to have a vast background in the practical
application of CMMS systems, which gives them the insight
necessary to perform a wide verity of integrations. Synterprise
has very good resources for MEA issues.” |

“The
daily volumes of bottom and fly ash generated appear
to be slightly less than in operations conducted prior
to installation of the EcoJet system. Of course, this
is directly attributed to the improved combustion and
lower fuel consumption achieved since entering operation
of the Synterprise equipment. I believe we are combusting
approx. 1-1.5 TPH less wood fuel (~ 4-5%) at max. continuous
steam flow than would be combusted without the EcoJet
system in operation.
“The largest financial gain is the gain in production
on a continual basis. This plant was derated 2-2.5
MW (~ 15%) from current production due to CO emission
limitations. - - the revenue gain is in excess of $1M
annually if the facility is able to maintain this production
level”. |

all others that I am compelled to write this letter to

A new operator at the
MSE Fairhaven plant asked; “How do I know the EcoJet
System works?” The
Synterprise consultant suggested that he turn it off
and see what happened. The operator turned off the EcoJet
System and the CO levels immediately doubled. When he
turned the EcoJet System back on the CO levels returned
to their previous level. The operator said; “Okay,
I’m convinced!" |
