KPI’s (key performance indicators) are also, in effect,
a report however very succinct. KPI’s highlight opportunities
for improvement. Performance indicators are valuable tools in highlighting

as preven¬tive maintenance, needs to be improved and the internal
personnel for the company can not identify the changes necessary

Actuate
Actuate is one of the most powerful reporting tools available
to the Maximo user community. Actuate’s embedded report solution
adds pure Java reporting capabilities to MAXIMO beginning with
version 5. It provides users with on-demand access to interactive
reports that can be scheduled to run, printed and emailed in PDF
format. The purpose of reports is to extract meaningful information
which helps users at all levels make better decisions. In some
ways, report development never ends.
Crystal and SQR
Many clients have a large number of reports (SQR
and Crystal) from the older MAXIMO versions that may need conversion.
This knowledge also helps us in any conversion project. Since we
have extensive experience in all versions of MAXIMO we can advise
