Strategic Performance Improvement – Proven Results [Representative]
•	A major Midwestern utility increased available work hours on a system wide basis by > 15% using our Strategic Performance Improvement program, representing thousands of hours of recovered labor productivity and valued at millions of dollars per year.
•	Synterprise used its Strategic Performance Improvement methodology and extensive knowledge of Maximo to perform an upgrade for a large contractor to the US Air Force. The project was completed as planned at 25% less cost than is typical.
•	Fairhaven, a California power plant, increased production by 11%, valued at over a million dollars per year using Synterprise Strategic Performance Improvement engineering.
•	Verso Paper obtained a 2% boiler efficiency improvement valued at greater than $1.1 Million annually and identified the “root cause” of several plant issues using Synterprise Strategic Performance Improvement initiatives.
•	Through the Synterprise Strategic Performance Improvement program, a Northeastern plant was able to improve its routine maintenance program labor efficiency. •	Synterprise developed the Asset Management Program for a major new power generating unit.
