| Trinity University (San Antonio, TX) wanted to move from MAXIMO
4.x (client-server based) to MAXIMO 6.x (web based) to gain additional
software functionality. They also determined that user training
would be a good investment. Trinity purchased the appropriate servers
and obtained the MAXIMO upgrade software. Synterprise continued
the upgrade process by holding a Kick-off meeting with the Trinity
team to make sure everyone understood the steps of the upgrade
process and the estimated project timeline. This initial step was
followed by software installation, data migration/testing, core
team training, system validation testing, a final “snap-shot”,
and “go live”. Synterprise has also provided post “go
live” support.
